Prior Authorization is required for all returns.
All nondefective returns should be in original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resealed as new.
Returns to RAM Enterprise of nondefective merchandise before 30 days from the invoice date from RAM Enterprise to the purchaser are subject to 15% restocking fee.
Refused shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. RAM Enterprise will not accept returns of nodefective merchandise after 30 days.
RAM Enterprise is not a warranty repair station. All returns of defective items should be made to the manufacturer after 30 days.

Firearms that have been fired are considered used and will not be accepted by RAM Enterprise (manufacturer warranty will apply).
